Before coverage begins, a HomeSure inspector verifies your home systems. Coverage is based on what we confirm is working — so there are no denials at claim time.
What happens at the inspection?
Our inspector evaluates all covered systems, documents their current state, and provides a report. Any issues can be repaired at discounted rates before enrollment.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your member dashboard.
How do I file a claim?
Submit a claim through the HomeSure app. We dispatch a contractor, oversee the repair, and payment is released only after your approval.
