Before your plan activates, a HomeSure inspector verifies each system listed above. Only systems passing inspection are covered — and any pre-existing issues can be repaired at our discounted rates before enrollment so there are no exclusions at claim time.

What's Not Covered — But Still Available

Appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher), cosmetic repairs, and structural items are not covered under the warranty. However, Gold and Platinum members can request these services at flat-rate pricing through the HomeSure app — no markups, no surprises.
